A Still Life Study in Elegance and Contrast
In this series, nature and luxury meet in a quiet, surreal space. Tulips, with their sculptural stems and vibrant petals, are paired with delicate pieces of jewelry — earrings, bracelets, and charms — to create unexpected moments of softness and sophistication. Each frame is a carefully curated composition where the flowers become more than props; they are living display stands, full of movement and personality.
The vivid color palette and clean set design invite the viewer into a dreamy world where form and material coexist in harmony. Jewelry clings to leaves, petals fall mid-scene, and glass vases reflect subtle distortions — creating a sense of intimacy and narrative. I used bold backgrounds, minimal styling, and sometimes plastic wrap to create layers and textures that feel tactile yet modern.
This series blurs the line between fashion photography and fine art still life. It's a celebration of details — the curve of a stem, the gleam of a gemstone — and how beauty can be found in both the crafted and the natural. “Petals & Precious Things” is an invitation to slow down and look closely.
