"Reflects de Paris" is the inaugural series I crafted upon my arrival in the City of Light. This ambitious project emerged from a desire to capture the essence of Paris in an imaginative and visually striking manner. Using mirrors as my medium, I set out to create a creative map that would not only guide the eyes but also the hearts of those who behold it.
Each piece in the series is a reflection—both literally and metaphorically—of the city's soul. By strategically placing mirrors in iconic locations that every tourist would recognize, I aimed to offer a new perspective on these familiar sites.Â
The shimmering surfaces of the mirrors distort and reshape these landmarks, inviting viewers to see Paris in a way they never have before. From the elegant arches of the Eiffel Tower to the intricate facade of Notre-Dame, the mirrors capture and transform the light and architecture, creating a dance of reflections that is as dynamic and alive as the city itself.
